At Ramya Tex, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take special care to ensure the quality of each saree before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Sarees with blouse stitching, fall/pico, or custom alterations are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered is defective or different from the one ordered.
Exchange will be processed based on product availability.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes the quality check.
Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Discounted or clearance sale items.
Customized sarees.
